COVID-19 UPDATE AND aTT HOME WORKOUTS
Our facility is temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. While our doors are closed, our commitment to helping our community pursue healthy, active lifestyles is as strong as ever. In lieu of our regularly scheduled Group Training Classes, we're offering aTT Home - a live, on-line workout program that can be followed at home with minimal-to-no equipment. Offered through Zoom daily at 7:30 AM, 12:00PM and 5:00PM, these classes will feature a LIVE walkthrough of the workout with a Threshold Training Coach. Participants will have the option of setting up their own webcam and allowing the coach to watch them for feedback. Because everyone could benefit from an endorphin rush during these difficult times, these classes are available to the general public. Everyday during the month of April, we’re challenging you to get into a routine that helps you maintain a healthy, positive mindset…and that gets you feeling good. That’s why we’re introducing the Stay PosiTTive Challenge. Free to all TT members, the Stay PosiTTive challenge allows members to accumulate points by performing a variety of activities that keep you in a positive mindset, aren’t things something you’d normally take the time to do, and that keep you moving.
