  • TRANSITION WEEK!!!

    All athletes can expect a de-load/transition week this week as we move into the next mesocycle of training. The next mesocycle will begin on Tuesday of next week; more details on the specific objectives of the cycle will be posted late 8/26 or early 8/27. Also, please note that we’ll be doing a Benchmark WOD on Friday of this week (8/29), and that we’ll be having a special schedule (and workout) on Labor Day. Hint: It rhymes with “Murph”.

  • Endeavor Team Challenge / Team Red, White and Blue Fundraiser

    Like last year, the Endeavor Challenge has partnered with Team Red, White and Blue - a non-profit organization dedicated to helping veterans re-connect to their communities with social and physical activities. While fundraising is not a pre-requisite for the event, we’d like to do our share. CrossFit TT is setting an ambitious fundraising goal of $1,000 by September 3rd for Team Red White and Blue. As an added bonus, for every $20 donation we receive, we’ll enter the donors name into a raffle for one month of free unlimited training.
