COVID-19 UPDATE AND aTT HOME WORKOUTS

We're proud to be able to continue our commitment to helping our community pursue healthy, active lifestyles during the COVID-19 pandemic. We're adhering to a number of protocols to ensure that our community is kept safe, and to help ensure that we are doing our part to reduce the risk of transmission. Because these protocols are more stringent than those set forth by the Vermont Department of Health, we ask that all who would like to attend our facility in person first familiarize themselves with our protocols (outlined here) prior to attending a class.

Because we recognize that not all members of our community are able to return to our group training environments in person, we're also proud to offer our aTT home program - a live, on-line workout program that can be followed at home with minimal-to-no equipment. Offered through Zoom Monday - Thursday afternoons at 5:30PM, these classes will feature a LIVE walkthrough of the workout with a Threshold Training Coach. Participants will have the option of setting up their own webcam and allowing the coach to watch them for feedback. Because everyone could benefit from an endorphin rush during these difficult times, these classes are available to the general public.
