Threshold Throwdown Workout #  “You Belong to the Bar” – Presented by Concept 2

5 Rounds for time – 

12 hang power cleans (Open: 155/103; Not quite first time: 115/73) 

7 T2B-pull-ups (Not quite first time: chin over bar pull-ups)

19 Double-Unders (Not quite first time: (3:1) 57 single unders. or choose DUs. )

Time CAP: TBD – 8 min.

In the event of a tie for time or reps scores – scoring will use the completion time of the 3rd rd.


Athletes may choose to switch at any point. 

Bar must start in hang position for each rep.

1 T2B-pull-up is 1 T2B + 1 Pull-up. If you come off the bar during a T2B, you must then perform 1 pull-up to complete the rep.

NQFT athletes may choose to do DU or 57 single unders. Partners must choose one option before starting the workout and their judge will count only the indicated movement. There is no switching between DU and singles.
