-10 alt. DB snatch (Open: 50/35. Not quite first time: 35/25)
-1-arm DB Overhead walking lunge (20 ft) / NQFT Front Rack DB Lunge: 35/25
-10 HSPU (Open setup: 1x 15lb plate/ side + 1 ab-mat. Not quite first time: 3 Wall walk up)
-1-arm DB Overhead walking lunge (20 ft)
On 3,2,1, GO both partners will begin working.
Score is total number of calories and total number of rounds.
Athletes may choose to switch at anytime.
DB snatch: Both hexes must hit the ground at the same time. Opposite hand cannot be resting on body.
If athletes switch mid lunge distance they must start behind the most recent completed 5ft marker. NQFT- both hands must be on the DB while in Front Rack position.
For the wall walk up, each station will have a line that both your hands must cross. 30 inches from wall.
