We are excited to be offering a second trail CFTT Yoga Class on Sunday September 22 at 10:30 after Open Gym.  If you are interested in adding it into your weekly routine this is a great opportunity to try it out for FREE!  The Class runs for about 75 minutes with some time at the end to go over any additional questions or ideas on specific stretches.  Be prepared to sweat and work hard but you will quickly notice increases range of motion, flexibility and over all well being.  Please check out the link below for any additional questions about what to expect.
