What is CrossFit Kids?

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is an entirely specific CrossFit program
geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor). CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general.  It is infinitely scaleable for any participant at any level and is FUN!

What Does this mean ?
This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so kids never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump.
When fitness is defined as broad, inclusive and general it means that participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be better at any and every sport that they play because CrossFit Kids doesn’t coach them to be good at just one thing.
Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Each session meets 4x, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Session 1: July 7-10th 

5-8 year: 10:30-11:05

8-11 year: 11:15-12:00

Session 2: July 21-24th

5-8 year olds: 2:30-3:05

8-11 year olds: 3:15-4:00

Session 3: August 4-7th

5-8 year olds: 10:30-11:05

8-11 year olds: 11:15-12:00

Session 4: August 18-21st

5-8 year olds: 2:30-3:05

8-11 year olds: 3:15-4:00

CrossFit Kids Summer Session Pricing:

5-8 y/o: $48.00 (parent is current member with contract)

5-8 y/o: $52.00 (non-member)

8-11 y/o: $53.00 (parent is current member with contract)

8-11 y/o: $57.00 (non-member)
