between sets (elbows
straight and pretend you’re
pulling band apart).

B1. 3 bench press @ heaviest
load used last week.
B2. 2 clapping push-ups.
Use band assist as needed.
B3. 1.5-2 min rest between sets.
Repeat 4x thru.

B. EMOTM 15 min:
THIS: 8-10 HSPU (strict if possible
No more than 2 sets)
THAT: 10 (5 per side) barbell

front rack lunges
