2. 4 lengths* of DB drag ( or sandbag) crawl + max sand bag or DB alt. front rack lunges in time  remaining

3. 10 lengths* of mixed grip carry  (one in front rack + one by side)  (rx: 35/25; 30/20) + max rep DB renegade rows  (1 row = 1 rep) in time remaining

– 1:00 Rest 

Treat each 5 min as a station and rotate through each station 2x. 1:00 Rest and transition between each station
