A. E:90 on :90 for 12 min:

0-3: 1 snatch grip push press + 3 OHS. Clean the bar from the floor. 

3-6: 3 snatch balance. Clean the bar from the floor. 

6-12: 2 power snatch or  2 squat snatch 

Treat each block as its own build. 

B. In teams of 2, complete the  following for time @ 65% effort: (20 min CAP)

-40 HR push-ups 

-80 KBS (rx: 24/16; 16/12kg)

-80 Wall Balls (rx: 20/14; 16/12)

-80 DB box step overs (use two DB. Hold them however you  want. rx: 50/35; 35/25)

-80 alt. DB snatch (same DB weight as step over DB)
