A. 8 to 1 not for time: resting as needed between movements.

– Strict Dip (ring, bar, parallette, bench)

– Strict T2B/Toes to Ring

After every even set (8,6,4,2),  perform 2 WWU.  

B. 15 min AMRAP @75%:

-12 feet-elevated ring row or  bar row (scale degree of incline)

-12 Dual DB push press (rx: 50/35; 35/25)

-40/30 cal AB. or 50/40 cal Row 

*Record fastest and slowest AB or Row. Pace accordingly to try and keep your fastest time close to your slowest time.
