Strict 1min rest between sets 

B. Deadlift 3 x 8 @ 60% 

1min rest btw sets 

C. 3RFT: 

20 Wallball Unbroken 

20 Cal Row 

 S+S 

A. 3sets: 

20sec/side Single Arm Hang 

10/side T-Push up 

B. Clean and Jerk 

1 Every 3min x 8. 

Build from 65% No Misses 

C. DB Bench Press 

10RM then 2 x AMRAP @ 90% of 10RM
