2 pausing clean lift offs (ground to hang. Pause :02 sec at hang) + 1 power clean (light to moderate. technical)

B. E2MO2M for 12 min (6 sets):

1.1 power clean. Reset :10 sec between reps.

Build to heavy double.

C. 3 rounds of the following:

-1 min max rep. wall balls

-1 min max rep. power cleans @ 80% of heaviest load in part B

-1 min max rep lateral burpee over bar

-1 min Rest

Record highest and lowest round numbers for each.
