C1. Every :40, on the :40, 14 rounds:
– THIS Min: Rx: Sq. Snatch + OHS (1+2); Fx: 3 OHS
– THAT Min: 6/leg FFE DB split squat. Hold DB / KB in Front Rack; Elevate FF as much as you can while still being able to keep torso upright, tailbone tucked.
