OTHER: Step-ups, done continuously, at 60% effort.

– THIS Min: 250m row / 200m Run. Maintain 80% of pace established Thursday 4/14.

– THAT Min: 4 Strict Ring Dips. Scale w/ paralette dips, or w/ feet resting on the ground;

– THEN Min: 100m Farmer’s Carry (Fx: 20/12; Rx: 24/16; RTG: 32/24)
