20 Squat Snatch (95/63; Scale w/ 10 OHS @ 75/53);

40 box-jump (Step-Up);

30 Burpees;

30 Buprees;

40 Box-Jump;

20 Squat Snatch (95/63; Scale w/ 10 OHS @ 75/53);
