A1. 5 x 5 Deadlift Progression* 5RR – 1RR.
B1. 4 Rounds:
– 6 Burpee box jumps (24/20)
– 30 sec.Max-Rep Mtn. Climbers
– 2:00 rest
C1. 9 Minute AMRAP:
– 10 Cal on ERG;
– 10 KbS (24/16)
*DL: RR = Reps Remaining. After the 1st set, the weight should be light enough so that you feel as if you have 5RR, the 2nd 4RR…so on.
***depending in class size, divide into 2 groups. 1/2 start on B1 and the other 1/2 starts in C1.
