B1. 4 Rounds:

– 6 Burpee box jumps (24/20)

– 30 sec.Max-Rep Mtn. Climbers

– 2:00 rest

 

C1. 9 Minute AMRAP:

– 10 Cal on ERG;

– 10 KbS (24/16)

 

*DL: RR = Reps Remaining. After the 1st set, the weight should be light enough so that you feel as if you have 5RR, the 2nd 4RR…so on.
