Joining Threshold Training isn’t like joining a regular gym. Rather, it’s much more like joining a sports-team. Your teammates and your coaches will challenge you to bring your best performance to each and every session you attend; we’ll work together to overcome any adversity you face, and you’ll regularly have the opportunity to track and monitor your progress. Don’t let the analogy intimidate you. Instead, let it inspire you. People who come to Threshold Training (or “TT”) quickly find themselves having success with exercises, movements, and working at intensity levels they never dreamed they’d be able to achieve, regardless of their fitness level.

Step #1: Schedule Your Free Consult.

Before doing anything else, we ask tht all new clients come in for a 1-on-1 Consultation with one of the Members of our Senior Coaching Staff. This consult helps us get a better sense as to what you’re looking for, gives us the opportunity to explain why we’re different from a traditional gym/ training environment, and gives you the opportunity to ask us any questions you might have about the program, how it works, and whether it’s right for you. If you agree that we’ll be able to help you achieve your goals, GREAT! We’ll get you registered for an On-Ramp Program and help you choose the Membership Option that best compliments your training goals.

Step #2: Participate in Threshold Training’s On-Ramp Program.

Threshold Training’s Program is unlike other training methodologies, in that we regularly use movements that require a fair amount of instruction. To ensure that new members can safely and effectively perform the movements we prescribe, we ask all new members to complete our “On-Ramp” program. Designed to equip anyone with the tools they’ll need to be successful within the Threshold Training community, the TT On-Ramp Program both orients individuals with, and physically and mentally prepare individuals for Threshold Training’s proprietary training methodology. Over the course of Four (4) 75-90 minute group-training sessions, attendees learn to perform the principal functional movements utilized by Threshold Training’s Group Training Program. Upon completing the four sessions, attendees are permitted to enroll in any of CrossFit TT’s Group Training Program classes; memberships selected during the Consultation process will commence at this time.

STEP #3: Enjoy Your Fitness Journey.

After you’ve completed your on-ramp program, you’ll have all the skills you need to participate in TT’s Group Training Program. After experiencing our training methodology, we’d be surprised if you elected to go back to the way you’ve been training, especially when you consider that our program not only yields results far superior to what you’re used to, but also takes less time than the routines you’re used to. If, after completing your On-Ramp, you’re not convinced that we’ll make you stronger, faster, and more fit in six months than you’d become after six years of training at a traditional gym or on your own, we’d be happy to refund the cost of the On-Ramp Program.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Threshold Training On-Ramp Program.

When Are TT’s On-Ramp Classes Offered? Each CrossFit TT On-Ramp Program is 4  sessions, that meet for 75-90 minutes.  Each class follows a set curriculum. Classes meet on the following days:

  • Mondays: 6:30 PM.
  • Tuesdays: 6:30 PM.
  • Wednesday: 6:30 PM.
  • Thursdays: 6:30 PM .** (sometimes this class meets Saturday morning at 7:30AM.  Noted on registration)

A new TT On-Ramp Program is generally offered every two-three weeks, giving new members opportunities each month to start their On-Ramp Program. Click here to see when the next CrossFit TT On-Ramp Program session begins, and to enroll

What Happens if I Miss A Class? CrossFit TT encourages new members to attend all 4 classes in their On-Ramp Session; If an athlete misses a class, they may be able to jump-in to the next class offered that covers the same curriculum, or schedule a 1-on-1 Personal Training Session at a discounted rate to review the missed material. My Schedule Conflicts With The On-Ramp Times Offered. Now What? Athletes whose schedules conflict with the On-Ramp program, or who wish to expedite the On-Ramp process may purchase a 1-on-1 Private On-Ramp Package. Not only can Private On-Ramp Packages be scheduled at the athlete’s convenience outside of regular class hours, but also they require less class time. Because Private On-Ramps allow for a greater degree of personal attention, participating athletes can usually cover the entire curriculum in four classes. How Much is CrossFit TT’s On-Ramp Program, or 1-on-1 On-Ramp? CrossFit TT’s On-Ramp Program is currently $199.99, plus tax.  CrossFit TT’s 1-on-1 Programs are $299.99 plus tax; they include four-five 70 minute personal training sessions. If the curriculum is completed in fewer classes, athletes will be issued a pro-rated credit that can be applied to any of CrossFit TT’s programs, products, or service offerings.
