Threshold training offers a training program that focuses on building overall strength, midline stability, and endurance through movements like drags, carries, pulls, holds, object lifts and prolonged duration efforts under a variety of loads. Many of these movements match our daily life demands and manual labor jobs. It is time to train the body to carry loads properly in our everyday real world environments. This training program is a perfect compliment to any existing fitness program or for someone looking to improve their game of obstacle racing, Spartan or Go Ruck.
This strength and conditioning program runs for 8 weeks- every Monday evening at 5:30-6:30.
