– 200m run
then, in the time remaining
of the 26 min perform AMRAP of the following:
– 4 burpee pull-ups
– 6 plate G2OH @ 45/25
– 8 total OH plate lunges @ 45/25
*dropping the plate at any point = 100m run penalty
