5 rounds of the following work:

– 7 x (1 deadlift + 1 hang clean + 1 front squat + 1 push press + 1 back squat + 1 push press from BH).

– No stopping between lifts; no putting the BB down. as soon as you do, that round is over.

– Take as much time as you need to recover between rounds.

– Add load each round as manageable.
