B1.
– 10 Push-Jerks @ 70%
– 20 C-2-B Kipping Pull-Ups;
– 30 Wall-Ball (20/14);
– 20 C2B Kipping PU;
– 10 Push Jerks.

 

**Those following Hatch cycle Back/Front Squat you will complete the squats during A1-A2.  You should be done to join in on B1 with class. If not, you will need to finish FS after WOD.

If you are currently following the press cycle, you will complete it on Saturday at 8am.
