(Coming Soon) All the training hours in the world may not be able to address a flaw in a runner’s gait, correct the timing of a swimmer’s catch, reveal inadequacies in a diet, or be what’s required to eliminate a ‘dead’ spot in a cyclists pedal stroke. In addition to our Training Programs, CrossFit TT offers specialty assessments in Running, Swimming, Nutrition, Bike Fit and Positioning, and Olympic Lifting to ensure that the quality of each athlete’s training is consistent with the quantity. Programs vary by discipline, but generally include:
- A one-hour initial assessment;
- Practical Session: Controlled Environment in which athlete is recorded performing a workout within their discipline;
- Video Analysis providing feedback/examining movement patterns. Exposes flaws, suggests corrections, drills, exercises, and mobility recommendations;
- Conclusion session to provide assistance with goal setting, help athlete establish “Next-Steps”.
