Group Training Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday:  6 AM, 7 AM, 8 AM, 9:15  AM, 5 PM, 6 PM classes

Tuesday & Thursday: 12PM

Saturday: 9 AM, 10 AM Classes

Sunday: Open Gym  10-11:30 AM.  (no group training)

 

Members must sign in online to reserve a spot. Please be on time.  Five Burpees Penalty for every late minute!
