So, remember to watch the clock and call out “TIME” when you’re done. Not just because it’s hard for us to know when you’ve hit your last rep, and to remember all your times if you don’t, but because it feels REALLY REALLY good to scream out “TIME” at the top of your lungs after you’re finally done. It’s just what you do in Crossfit. Get used to it. It’s FUN.  Even if you’re not normally the yelly type, scream it out. TIME!!!
