When I first saw this on the board, I thought: “It’s just a couple of 3 minute AMRAPS. How bad can 3 minutes be?”
What I quickly found out was: “Only 90 seconds left? ONLY????”
Especially that second AMRAP with the burpee box jumps and wallballs. What horrible person came up with THAT idea? Tyler? Tyler? Anyone???
In case it makes you feel any better, we do these wods ourselves. We’re not just making up random stuff to torture you with. Whatever you’re going through, we’re going through it too.
