– 6 Upright Rows (or heaving BB hi-pull)

– 12 KbS  (0r 12 hang power clean)

– 24 Suitcase lunges (or front rack WWL)

Perform work AFAHP. Perform 5 burpee penalty for each occurrence of a KB/BB touching the ground. Penalty payable AFTER each round, before the 2:00 Rest.
