Almost all high school sports require their athletes to spend time in the weight room. Even teens who do NOT participate in any high school sports can benefit immensely from spending time learning to move well and lift weight properly. There is a growing body of research suggesting the lifelong benefits of starting resistance training at a young age. These range from bone density and muscle mass retention to cognitive and developmental advantages through a person’s lifespan.
We are offering an amazing opportunity for our local teenagers to come train with us this summer. Athletes will start in a 3 day on-ramp program to learn the foundational movements necessary to be successful in our CrossFit Group Training. Once the On-Ramp sessions are complete, athletes will then join group training classes.

Teen Summer Special Membership @ $249.99 (plus tax) includes: On-Ramp sessions and 3 classes per week for 9 weeks.
On- ramp is offered on June 22, June 24, & June 25 at 10:30. (these classes are mandatory before entering CrossFit group training.) If an athlete is unable to attend a session they can schedule a make up class at an additional cost.
