  • 8 Weighted Walking Lunges (95/65; Rx+ 135/95, or 95/65 with Yoke)
  • 5 Power Cleans (perform clean with weight used for WWL)
  • 8 Weighted-Walking Lunges (95/65; Rx+ 135/95, or 95/65 with Yoke)
  • 30 Double-Unders (Rx+ 50 Double Unders)

DON’T BE A HERO WITH YOUR DOUBLE-UNDERS. 50 double-unders at a time can be a LOT of jumping; your shins can get WRECKED. Listen to your body; adjust when appropriate.
