In teams of 2, perform:

  • 5 rounds of 20 Wall-Balls each (200 Wall-Balls total):
    • Partner A does 20 Wall-Balls Unbroken. Partner B rests.
    • Once Partner A is complete, Partner B does 20 Wall-Balls Unbroken. Partner B rests.
    • If either partner drops the ball, both partners must immediately perform 5 burpees.
  • 4 rounds of 20 KbS (24/16) each (160 Wall-Balls total):
    • Partner A does 20 KbS Unbroken. Partner B rests.
    • Once Partner A is complete, partner B does 20 Wall-Balls Unbroken. Partner A rests.
    • If either partner drops the Kettlebell, both partners must immediately perform 5 burpees.
  • 3 rounds of 25 double unders (150 total):
    • Partner A does 25 Double Unders (3:1 single substitution) without tripping (switching to singles allowed). Partner B rests IN PLANK POSITION.
    • Once Partner A is complete, Partner Bdoes 25 Double Unders (3:1 single substitution) without tripping (switching to singles allowed).  Partner A rests IN PLANK POSITION.
    • If either partner trips, both partners must perform 3 burpees.
