  • 1:00 Max Rep Power Cleans (95/65)
  • 1:00 Max Rep Push-Press (95/65)
  • 1:00 Max Rep Clean and Press (95/65)
  • 3 Minutes Rest
  • 3 Rounds of “Kalsu” (every minute on the minute, perform 5 burpees. In the time remaining before the next minute begins, perform as many Thrusters (95/65) as possible).
  • 5 Minutes Rest.

Score the total number of reps performed each round. Scale weight as necessary.
