Perform Five Rounds of the Following Work:

  • 12 Box-Jumps (24/20);
  • 12 Burpee Pull-Ups;
  • 1 Minute Rest


  1. Score total time inclusive of rest;
  2. Athletes should use the jump from the burpees as an assist to help them get their chin over the bar.
  3. Athletes for whom the bar is too high to facilitate this movement – stack plates to allow you to successfully complete the jump assist with the pull-up.
