ATTENTION ALL ATHLETES:

Tomorrow we will be doing the CrossFit Open W.O.D. 13.5 (details below). If you’re competing in the CrossFit Open, you may either:

  1. Do the workout tomorrow, OR
  2. Do the Workout Sunday.

We will NOT re-test this workout – it’s too gnarly. If you want to test Sunday, we will have a modified workout for you to do tomorrow.

IN ADVANCE OF THE WORKOUT, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Get and use a pumice stone on your hands. THis workout will have a ridiculous number of pull-ups in it, all of which need to be done qucikly. If you have callouses on your hands, they will tear, and it will be awful. Please, please PLEASE prepare by working on your hands prior. 
  2. Bring athletic tape. TOmorrow and tomorrow only, CrossFit TT will provide a tape for folks to use. We can’t guarantee that we’ll have enough….but we’ll do our best. Any efforts you can make to bring in ¥our own athletic tape will be greatly appreciated.

THE WORKOUT: 

In 4 minutes, perform as many rounds as possible of the following work:

  • 15 Thrusters (100/65)
  • 15 Chest-to-Bar Pullups

If you:

  • complete 90 reps prior to 4:00, the time cap changes to 8:00;
  • complete 180 reps prior to 8:00, the time cap becomes 12:00;
  • complete 270 reps prior to 12:00. the time cap becomes 60:00.
