In teams of 2, complete the following for time:
- 400 M Med Ball Carry (20/14)
- 6 Rope Climbs (8 descents in plank if you can not climb the rope)
- 30 Tire Flips
- 40 Calories on the Rower
- 50 Pull Ups
- 60 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 75 Thrusters (45/33)
- 150 Double Unders
- 200 M Farmers (32/24)
- 400 M Tire Pull
Teams do not need to complete this list in order, but all items need to completed.
