-50 Box Jumps (24/20)
-50 Jumping Pull-ups,
-50 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
-50 Walking Lunges
-50 Knees to Elbows,
-50 Push Press (45/33)
-50 Weighted Good Mornings (45/33)
-50 Wallball Shots (20/14)
-50 Burpees
-50 Double Unders

Function: Scaled version “Dirty 30″ is 30 reps of each exercise.

RTG: if time is under 25:00, rest 10:00, then the Dirty 30, stopping at the 50:00 mark. If time is greater than 25:00, then rest 10:00, and perform a 1k row for time.
