The muscle-up is one of the Holy Grails of the Crossfit World.  It can look so easy and fluid when other people do it – like you should be able to just jump right up on the rings and bang one out – but when you actually try to do one yourself, you think, “This is impossible. There is no way I will ever be able to do a muscle-up!”

So, it’s a really big deal whenever someone gets their first muscle-up, and tonight, right before the 6PM class, Bear Sitzer not only got his very first kipping muscle-up, but strung two muscle-ups together in a row.
