– 6 Turkish Get-Ups (12kg/8kg). Scale up or down as necessary. This is a VERY difficult movement. Pick a weight that you can do while keeping your shoulder stable, even if it is a 1-2lb. dumbbell. The goal of this movement today is to LEARN the movement – not to use the movement to develop strength.
