Every minute, on-the-minute, perform the following work:

– 5 Burpees + Max-Rep Thrusters (135/93) in time remaining within the minute. At the top of each minute, stop performing thrusters, perform 5 burpees, and then resume performing thrusters. Continue until you have performed 100 thrusters. Mandatory time cap: 18 minutes, no exceptions.
