Looking for a fun, active way for your child to spend a week or day this summer?
We are offering TT Summer Camp August 1-5.
Sign up for the week Monday-Friday or day by day Monday-Thursday.
Camp runs from 9am -2pm with drop off starting at 8:30.
The goal is to forge broad, general and inclusive fitness knowledge and skills at an early age. Our camp offers 5 days of exciting new movements, physical and mental challenges, lots of games and FUN!
Each day we will revisit basic movements and foundational positions and introduce lots of new skills and games. Kids will explore different physical activities that will test their coordination, improve their balance, increase their endurance and show them that fitness is FUN. We introduce nutrition facts to help make good lifestyle choices. (gatorade vs water./ when and why)
*** Each child should plan to arrive in sneakers and comfortable clothes. They will need to bring a water bottle, beach towel, snack/lunch and sunscreen. Camp will be indoors and outdoors and include some water challenges (at the end of the day.)
